Do you require a deposit?
We do ask for a retainer fee of 50% of the final quote which would officially book you for the time and date agreed on. The remaining 50% is due after the event before the delivery of the photos and/or video!
Do you travel?
Absolutely! We do charge a travel fee if the event is over 40 miles from Wichita, Kansas but travel everywhere!
Do you have a backup plan in case you have to cancel?
XXV will attempt to provide a trusted and credible professional photographer and/or videographer in case we have to cancel for an event. Portrait photoshoots will be rescheduled based on availability. Regardless, we will be sure to communicate with the client in a timely manner.
