What if I am camera shy and get anxiety about cameras?

XXV is prepared to make you feel your absolute best and be 100% unapologetically you! We will be sure to support and respect your boundaries (if any) and be sure you feel confident and look your best in the photos!

Do you travel?

Absolutely! We do charge a travel fee if the event is over 40 miles from Wichita, Kansas but travel everywhere! This does not apply to wedding packages.

What is the response time?

XXV is quick to respond to text messages, phone calls, and e-mails! You can expect a response within 1-2 hours (unless overnight then you should expect a response first thing in the morning). We do not have business hours as we understand that expectations can change at the last minute! We are prepared to respond no matter the day of the week or time of the day.

What is the turnaround time?

We understand the excitement after a shoot so we work hard to provide a 1-3 week turnaround time for photos & a 1-3 month turnaround for videos to make sure you are getting the images and/or video as soon as it is completed!

Can we customize the packages?

Absolutely! Some things in the packages are standard throughout the services but during the consultation meeting, customization is definitely a possibility!

Do you have consult meetings for details about the event?

We normally have 1 to 2 consult meetings to discuss details about the event and go over expectations so we are on the same page.

Do you require a deposit?

We do ask for a retainer fee of 50% ($500 for wedding packages) of the final quote which would officially book you for the time and date agreed on. The remaining 50% or balance is due after the event before the delivery of the photos and/or video!

Is there a written agreement?

We send out a contract that is required along with the deposit to book you for the time and date agreed on. The contract spells out the following things: Retainer, address, cost of photography and/or videography, copyright, appropriate conduct, safe working environment, creative license, exclusive photography and/or videography, cancellation policy, refund policy, delivery, travel fee, food, liability, overtime, and damages.

Do you have a backup plan in case you have to cancel?

XXV will attempt to provide a trusted and credible professional photographer and/or videographer in case we have to cancel for an event. Portrait photoshoots will be rescheduled based on availability. Regardless, we will be sure to communicate with the client in a timely manner.

Can we request specific photos and poses?

Yes! You can give us a shot list of photos you want to make sure we get and we will be sure to deliver those along with others!

Do I get to choose the song(s) in my video?

We have a subscription to a widely diverse music library where there are plentiful songs you can choose from!
