Do you require a deposit?
For wedding packages, we do ask for a retainer fee of $500 of the final quote which would officially book you for the time and date agreed on. The remaining balance is due after the event before the delivery of the photos and/or video!
Do you travel?
Absolutely! For wedding packages, we do charge a travel fee if the event is over 200 miles from Wichita, Kansas but travel everywhere!
Do you have a backup plan in case you have to cancel?
XXV will attempt to provide a trusted and credible professional photographer and/or videographer in case we have to cancel for an event. Portrait photoshoots will be rescheduled based on availability. Regardless, we will be sure to communicate with the client in a timely manner.
